Who We Are?

Our president has been in the industry for over a decade and his experience encompasses the full spectrum of land development. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in engineering with a focus in water resources. Before graduating he worked as a laborer for a large construction company and after graduating he practiced both civil engineering & land surveying for various private engineering firms. His experience allowed him to become dual licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E. No. 80667) and Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S No. 9342).

With both engineering and surveying experience, John brings a practical perspective to achieving client goals by keeping in mind the various challenges that naturally occur from project inception to construction. Furthermore, John has a great deal of experience with today’s stormwater regulations which helps clients identify critical design elements early to minimize site impacts while maintaining stormwater compliance. He takes immense pride in his work and values building strong relationships with his project team and clients.
